Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Kenna + Ky Co.! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery (or in-store purchase) for store credit only or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be in original packaging and free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks.

  • Final Sale items (clearance, accessories, bodysuits, custom items, or gift cards) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns are issued as store credit (via gift card or discount code).

  • No refunds will be issued to original payment methods.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
